We are pleased to announce that as of 1st December 2017, Swift Group will become be part of Qubic Group plc through a formal acquisition. Qubic has been delivering converged voice and data solutions for over 20 years. The vast majority of its technical service team have been with them for over ten years; some have even been with them since the start.
You will continue to receive an excellent level of service and commitment to quality backed up by a much larger business – a company you can trust.
There are no plans to change your support package, and you will continue to log calls in the way you are used; you can continue to contact us on the same number. The only change is that you will have access to more people, more expertise and even more added value services available to you now and for the future.
Carl Davis, Omar Shafig and I will be remaining on hand to help in any way we can, certainly until the end of the year, and I have no intention of disappearing altogether. You are a very important customer to me and always have been, and I have developed some fantastic relationships over the 16 years in which Swift Group has been in business.
I am also pleased to say that all Swift Group staff will also be continuing her work with the company, so you are not being thrown into a deep end of the unknown. Our engineers will continue to help you technically alongside the rest of the team at Qubic.
Our customers have meant the world to us, and I wanted to ensure that whoever took over the company, would do it with skill, passion and care. I believe Qubic are an excellent fit. You are in very capable hands and if you have any concerns at all, you still have my number.
There’s a very good chance you won’t notice anything major happening as we start our journey with a smooth transition to Qubic’s HQ in St. Albans, just a short journey away from our own office in Park Royal, which will be remain in use until the current lease expires. We are confident that the transition will be seamless. Your contract as well as all your configuration settings and support history will transfer, and we will personally be briefing the new team on each and every customer in detail – you t need to do anything. The only change that you’re likely to notice is an improvement in service response times will get even quicker and you won’t be so dependent on such a small technical team – great as we are!
